Who We Are
At ADA, we are dedicated to enable organisations to start programmes and services for persons with dementia and their caregivers. We partner and collaborate with service providers to focus on enhancing current services to provide quality dementia care by embracing Person-Centred Care in practice.
The consultancy team consists of accomplished professional staff and associate consultants with extensive experience, supported by strategic expertise from academic institutions, and dementia care settings such as hospitals, dementia day-care centres, residential care, home-based interventions, and caregiver support services.
What We Do
ADA provides consultancy services to agencies who are planning for a culture change to transform care practices towards a holistic care model that is person-centred.
Our consultancy services include, but not limited to:
- Consultation on environmental design to create dementia friendly facilities
- Conduct Dementia Care Mapping (DCM) in the care environment as a means of evaluating the wellbeing of clients/ residents to provide feedback for continuous improvement in providing dignity of care to residents
- Conduct surveys and interview as part of baseline data collection to guide action planning to implement new Person-Centred Care initiatives
- Coaching of staff on PCC practice, activity programming and management of behaviours of concern using the Enriched Model
